FAQ

Q: Are you [Wayne] available as a Life-Transformation Guide on an individual basis?

A: That depends on two factors: 1. My client load and whether I am currently accepting new clients or not, and 2. Whether I am certain, after speaking with you, that you will, in fact, achieve or exceed your desired outcomes through our work.

Q: What do you charge for your one-on-one services?

A: $1,500.00 per hour.

Just kidding. I do not discuss fees until we meet in the exploratory session and the client has a better understanding of the work and the value it would bring to their lives, it would simply be inappropriate. I also have a limited number of spots available, so I carefully interview my prospective clients–and like to provide a full and complimentary exploratory session. When I say full, I mean up to 90 minutes at no charge to be sure we are a fit for each other.  In some cases, additional exploration (at a discounted cost) may be required.

Q: What would that process look like?

A: We would have an initial chat on the phone to make sure there is good reason for us to work together–primarily my verification that I can help you achieve Your outcomes. If that seems to be the case, then we schedule a more thorough complimentary discussion over the phone, Skype or in person. In that discussion, we go into greater detail about what you want to achieve or resolve. In some cases, an actual face-to-face, hands-on experience may be required and will be supplied at a reduced cost to be agreed upon before the experience.  I will then explain my approach and how it can assist you in your outcomes. Then, we will review our agreement and choose to work together–or choose not to, to see if we are a good fit for one another–that is, to determine whether your outcomes are well served by my approach.

Then we discuss fees–which are actually quite reasonable, or so I am told.

Q: Are you a licensed therapist?

A: No. I am not a licensed therapist and do not provide psychotherapy, counseling, or any other mental or medical health service that would require a license, nor do I hold myself out to provide such services. I provide consulting and educational services that often result in substantial learning, transformation, and the acceleration of your Life Transformation.

Q: How is the Life Transformation process different than therapy?

A: Therapy is about diagnosis, classification, and often medicating. It is accomplished through an illness approach and usually puts emphasis on symptoms and problems. Life Transformation is about resolving past events, educating your mind to right thinking, and then deepening your Self. It is a solution approach. An educational approach.

In terms of Life Transformation, while much of the above may be included, it is also about implementing systems and best practices to achieve the results you want in your life.

Q: Why do you call yourself a “Life-Transformation Guide”. Seems pretty weird. Why not just call yourself a “coach”.

A: Coaches do great work, but I am not a coach. The core of my work involves guiding you through stages of development — personally and professionally.  And while conventional coaching may be a part of our work together, being a Life-Transformation Guide means I bring that third dimension of depth or if you prefer — height / elevation — to your development. Life Transformation is about stages — with each stage transcending and including the former. So in a real sense ” Life-Transformation Guide ” is simply more accurate to describe the work I do because our work together will not just allow you to have the results you want, but will also leave you with permanent acquisitions; we will not just shift your state, but also evolve your stage of development. That is not to say I do not have the capacity or skill to be a coach in terms of giving you direction and holding you accountable if that is what you need. What is means is that I offer much more than that.

Q: Do you offer programs that are less than 6 months?

A: No, I do not. If you think about it, 6 months is very little amount of time compared to the amount of time you have had the behavior or condition you are working on.  There is a rule of thumb: it takes 10% of the time you have had a condition to heal and change it.  I offer plans that in just a little more than four to eight days of interaction–regardless of how it is spread out, takes you to a whole new level and that even assumes you have done a significant amount of your own personal development already. This is equivalent to a few weekend workshops–and we all know those don’t assist you in integrating the change.

This program does.

It also allows us to relax into the process, built one phase on the previous, and so on. My work is in stages with any client.

I have tried to make it shorter, and found it ultimately does not serve the client. AND all of those questions are thoroughly addressed in the exploratory session should you choose to schedule it now.
